Dennis was working as a union electrician when he was injured six years ago. His team was laying cable outside, using a trencher auger to dig the trench in which to bury the cable. The auger pulled him into the trench and ripped away part of his leg. He was left with extensive nerve and tissue damage that leaves him in continuous pain. [More] [Less]

High, Illinois!

I just want to let you know the Illinois Senate will be voting on Senate Bill 2865. This bill would allow for patients to receive medical marijuana with a doctor's recommendation. So could I steal a lil bit of your sweet time, and have you call your State Senator? You can find your Senator here:
http://www.ilga.gov/senate/

After finding your Senator if you didn't know who this was already dial 217-782-2000 have the operator connect you to your Senator's office. Then ask your Senator to vote YES on Senate Bill 2865.

You can also send your legislators an e-mail urging them to support medical marijuana legislation this session
